  • We are pleased to offer a range of services from small repairs to larger renovations. We can also help with those honey do items and seasonal punch lists. In general, we offer carpentry, windows, doors, decks, tiling, flooring, and more!

  • We currently serve these towns on the southeastern Connecticut shoreline: Niantic, East Lyme, Old Lyme, Waterford, New London, Gales Ferry, Ledyard, Norwich, Montville, Old Saybrook, Westbrook, Clinton, Madison, Guilford, Essex, Deep River, and Chester. Please always feel free to reach out to us!

  • All projects are billed at our Time and Materials rate. This is our most popular option for honey do lists, small jobs, and punch lists. Hourly labor rates are $100 per Carpenter and $75 per Laborer, plus the cost of materials. We have a two hour minimum that starts at $200, so please keep that in mind when planning your list.
